I called Climate Experts Heating, Ventilation, & Air to have my AC / Heat Units looked at before an upcoming Home Sale Inspection. The care for customer and professionalism I received from Ethan was authentic and very much appreciated. Ethan took his time to ensure I completely understood, the couple issues that he found with my units. The items that were fixed on my unit, Ethan was upfront and told me they didn’t need to be replaced at this moment. But I had them replace anyway so the new owners would not have to worry. Wow!! That was refreshing to have a company come out and truly be transparent

Professional technician. Knowledgeable, punctual and honest. He came to repair as scheduled with our home warranty policy. I had an AC leak in the attic from a clogged drain in the middle of summer. Ethan is very responsive and arrived on time. Clearly explained what was wrong, fixed the issue and added a line to clean out the drain regularly for regular maintenance. Highly recommend him for any of your HVAC issues.

Ethan did a great job! He was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Given the winter blast and problems associated with the power outages, I was unsure that I would get someone out to fix my AC unit. He responded the same day and within a day he made all of the necessary repairs. All at a fraction of the cost I was expecting. I give him and his business Climate Experts 5 Stars!
