Sam Leon & his team at New Vista Construction did a fantastic job of installing 2 drainage pipes that run from our downspouts out to edge of our property. They also carefully replaced all of the sod where they dug the ditches, so that we didn't have to reseed the grass. Sam & his team are very experienced, trustworthy and responsive to customer requests.

Sam and his Crew did a great job in our crawlspace! Sam met with us for a free estimate and we immediately felt comfortable with him. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell us to hard. The New Vista team was very professional and left everything clean when they were done. It was easy to communicate with Sam by phone and e-mail. He answered any questions we had before, during, and after. We would highly recommend them.
