When we first started we were a subcontractor to other contractors. In November of 1998 the company brought on board two new investors who started Right Turn on a whole new path.
We decided to cut out the middle man and begin dealing directly with home owners. Since that day we have successfully satisfied over 4400 homeowners with projects that range from outdoor carpentry, like fences and decks, to interior projects, like kitchen remodels and flooring. In 2007 we recognized a growing insecurity among homeowners regarding the contracting industry in general.

Services
Right Turn offers a 10 year workmanship warranty on most of our projects and most manufacturers material warranties are longer with very few exceptions. If there is a problem with our workmanship and you are within the 10 year period then we will promptly fix it. Even if you are out of the warranty period it wont hurt to check if we can help.

We had Right Turn remodel our bathroom. They installed beautiful new cabinets, sinks and faucets. They also did our countertop. It is beautiful. They were very professional, they showed up on time and they were very clean and neat. I would recommend them to anyone. I will have them bid on our next remodel if I do one. Everyone we talked with at the company was very friendly.

We got 2 bathrooms remodeled. It was a bit of a bumpy road as some things were impacted by COVID shipping delays. If there was an issue, they were very responsive and addressed it right away. Overall though I am happy with the outcomes.

I wish I would have read the reviews from others before I hired this company. As it stands I would not hire them to put together a cardboard box for me. They lie they exaggerate and they continually blame each other for their shortcomings. Anybody thinking about using this company better read other reviews and make a better decision than I did.

I made an appointment for an estimator visit my house to quote some exterior work. Estimator never showed up and nobody answered the phone when I called to check on ETA. I called again the next week to give them a second chance and reschedule. Again, estimator did not show up and nobody answered the phone. When rescheduling, the man I talked to started to blame me for the missed appointment. That was weird.

Hired them for hardi plank siding and small area of versetta stone. they cut corners and didn't do the job we were promised.six weeks of problems.finally chased them off.do not want them back.better off taking a loss and pay someone else to finish the job.I think if a person says they will do a job, they should know how to do it.homeowner beware of this company not just the stone, didn't do the job right.just ordered new screen door through lowes and they came and measured it.front doorway is no longer square and has to be reframed in order to get the screen door to fit.we tried for six weeks to

Buyer beware! First red flag, I don't know of a single reputable business that drums up work by cold calling random people. Second, if they've habitually violated the federal do not call list for years, as they did when they called me today, you'd better believe they'll take that same corner-cutting attitude to the rest of their work.
Be sure that if you're on the Do Not Call Registry to file a complaint with the FTC and also the OR/WA Consumer Protection departments in which they currently have a total of 17 complaints filed against them.

Right Turn Construction is a great company to work with. The owner Jeff came into my parent’s house and did a quick inspection of the roof and told us that the builder did not install a drip panel which is causing the side of the roof rot and leak. Therefore the roof needs to be replaced immediately and they will install the drip panel along with the new roof replacement and have 30 years of warranty. The next day owner Mason came in and gave us an estimate that pretty much match up with few other roofing contractors we spoke to but with lower quality roofing materials. I went ahead and proceed

I got a glossy flyer hung on my door by these guys and called them. The next day an estimator came out and looked at my roof and gave me an estimate. I don't usually go with the cheapest estimate but Scott (the estimator) knew absolutely every thing about roofs and I got a good feeling about the company so I bought a new roof. The roofing crew leader (foreman?) showed up a couple of days later to order the roofing I think. They came out the next day with a full crew and had my old roof torn off, new roof on and everything completely cleaned up in one day. I was completely amazed after I watched

We recently received a call from Right Turn Construction asking if we were in need of a new roof. We actually are in the process so we said it would be fine to come out and give us a quote. To our surprise they were out later that week as scheduled, even early. The production manager Scott Price was very personable, very prepared and did not "oversell" just provided the quote and answered a few general questions.
