Summit Design & Construction Inc. is a family run organization and was founded in 1982 by Dave Prokopchak. Born in Butler, Pennsylvania, Dave moved to Montgomery County in 1972. He is a graduate of T.S. Wootton High School and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Boston College. Dave has been a resident of Frederick County since 1986 and lives in the Comus area with his wife Gayle and daughter Nicole.
All successful remodeling projects begin with good planning. We can help by involving one of our Architect partners who can work with you to develop the project that you have in mind. New home construction like remodeling begins with professional planning. We can work with your plans or offer our own professional design for you to obtain the results you deserve.
