We can do a Tear-off roof project, where we tear-off the old damaged shingles and get down to the bare sub roof plywood. Can inspect and replace bad or rotten wood. Install new ice/dam shield membrane, install new drip edge, new ridge vents, new caps and vent pipe boots, new flashing and install the new Roofing.
