Our renovations included fully opening an exterior wall to add a large sunroom, adding a deck, a parking pad and peaked roofs over our breezeway and garage, refinishing two gables to match, remodeling two full baths, our livingroom and our breezeway, and completely remodeling and expanding our kitchen, as well as redoing our driveway and two walkways.

I am a new homeowner who bought a property who had an addition built by STM Builders 13 years ago. Recently had a leaky ceiling during the last rainfall. Wasn't sure about the workmanship warranty, but figured I would reach out to Steve (the owner) and find out more. Steve explained to me that the workmanship warranty is 2 years, but offered to come by to take a look for me and give me some advice. He didn't have to offer this. Steve came by and assessed the situation. He offered me repair advice. He is very genuine and passionate about his work by the way he spoke. I can tell he really cares about

Steve Evereklian, owner and CEO of STM Builders, designed and built our new home 3 years ago. He has an amazing attention to detail and his workmen, who have been with him over 20 years are well tuned to know what he wants and to work together. We are very pleased with our home. Steve also stands behind behind his work and will exceed the written warantees.

Stop looking for a contractor - Steve Evereklian from STM Builders is your man! Not only is he a true professional with over 20 years of experience and surrounded by teams of experts, he is a joy to work with on a daily basis. The budget is set at the start of the project, and unless you are making changes to the plans, there will be no bad surprises at the end of the project. He has certainly met our expectations in terms of project delivery, and has exceeded them in that the whole family will miss not having him around everyday.
