After learning how to install floors from his father, Jason Watson decided to create his own future by launching Watson Installations Inc. Jason's desire was to build a company dedicated to serving each and every customer in such a way that he would be proud to have his own name associated with the company.

Very pleased with the information provided to us before installation so that everything was ready when installers arrived. The installers arrived at the time they when they said they would. The job was completed in 2 days and the floor looks great. However, I was a little disappointed that I was left alone with one worker and didn't even know the other one had left. This was on the second day and I'm not even sure how long he was gone but at least over an hour. Not that I was concerned at all, but I just feel that the company should be aware of the situation so that nothing in the future comes

We don't have any complaints about the installation per se, but the two bedroom floors we had installed were left with some kind of sticky goo over most of the floor that has, so far, taken several hours to somewhat remove. We need to go over them, again which could require another several hours of hand rubbing. The goo is not water soluble and it's very difficult to remove.
The installers also didn't wear masks as we had hoped (one of us is 92 with Leukemia and would not fare well against a COVID infection), although we understand it's uncomfortable to work while masked.

I'd like to give a negative number for my review. This business admits that they cannot get installers so they have to keep employees that lie and do not do the work promised and that was paid for. DO NOT recommend. A nightmare is putting it mildly. Do not waste your time or money with this company. Find another installer if you want to be treated like a customer. These people are arrogant, lazy, and dishonest. We purchased through LL floors and we are bringing all of the flooring back and getting a refund. The workers showed up and left because they said we were not ready which is a lie.

The company only sent one installer to demo, install flooring and baseboards for 2800 square feet. I was told it would take 5 days to complete but it took 10 days. The installer realized that the job was going to take longer so the quality of work went down. Some of the flooring feels like it is missing the padding underneath, the floor boards don't match, have gaps underneath and some of the cuts have huge gaps that the installer just filled with calking. I even have a hole in my wall where the installer used a crowbar to remove the baseboard. I was told that the supervisor would come be several

This was the easiest home improvement we've done. Watson was extremely easy to work with. The appointment was set in less than 24 hours. Robert came out and measured and was friendly, helpful and polite. Valentin did a remarkable job installing. He takes pride in his workmanship and cleaned up daily. Love our new flooring. Very happy with the services provided by Watson Installations.

Overall satisfied with the installation. The installers were courteous and efficient. One section of flooring has a minor but long) scratch that is only noticeable in the sunlight that wasn't noticed when installed. We are debating if we want the hassle of replacing it.
Changed my initial 4 star rating to 5 stars but they deserve 10. We might have lived with the minor scratch but they wanted to fix it so replaced the scratched board. You seldom find people concerned about customer satisfaction like these folks.

Lorenzo and his team worked almost without stopping. The flooring looks spectacular. I appreciate their labors and their respectfulness and professionalism.
I also appreciate that Watson accommodated our need to get this done quickly. From my initial meeting with Tanya, who came out to measure, to the completed flooring project, Watson was responsive, reliable, and professional.

If you don't mind poor workmanship, poor customer service, and lack of pride then Watson is the company for you. . We purchased tile from L.L Flooring and since they use sub-contractors Watson Installation was tagged to do our floors. Freddie was the guy who did the install and it was obvious he was either inexperienced or just didn't care about his work. After the floors were done I found crooked cuts, tiles that were too short, and tiles that were sticking up so far that I broke the corner off my table when moving furniture. They did a good job! But the flooring store did not send enough product to finish the job. But the territory manager Robert called me and said he would come out to finish the job himself. He was so nice and friendly. He finished the job quickly and even took the time to give me great advice about my remodel that I’m doing. He’s a great guy! Thanks Robert!

This experience has been an absolute nightmare. Unbelievable, surreal. The installers have come to my house 3 times and nothing has been done. The first time they said the rooms weren't cleared even though I had 2 bedrooms and half the great room cleared according to instructions. They left and refused to come back even though we cleared the rest of the great room in 40 minutes. The next day they removed about 140 feet of carpet and found some damage. They then refused even to remove the rest of the carpet to see if there was anything else I needed to fix. They refused. I dealt with the

We purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring from LL Flooring and had Watson Installations handle its installation in our home. The two installers were very dedicated, working two full days non-stop to complete the job. When I found some damaged planks after the installers had left, Watson Installations quickly contacted the installers and they returned to replace the planks. I would definitely purchase from LL Flooring and utilize Watson Installations again for future projects.

They were certainly professional in their demeanor. The vinyl planks were installed very well, but as experts they did not mix the variated planks out of the boxes resulting in two same color planks side by side. I was given a time slot for the following day due to a cancelation. However, the email advising me the comodes would be removed and I would have to arrange for someone to put them back in came afterwards. The quarter rounds and caulking were not done well. A goback resulted in a better job. In hindsight they were not the flooring experience I was looking for or have experienced.

So did work for this company. They contact with Lumber liquidators. They also contract with Comlex. I worked with Mr David for about 4 days working about 12 hours per day non stop with out a break. That isn't the main concern. What is is that they never paid me. Also kept some of my equipment. Not only that I go to there review and see 5 stars under one of the flooring jobs I helped on. The customer seamed really happy. Me on the other hand has not been paid yet. It's sad how they take advantage of people.

Watson was contracted out from Lumber Liquidators to perform my install of laminate flooring. Gabriel and his team came on time, worked very efficiently to complete roughly 700 sq/ft in 2 different levels. They moved furniture/appliances safely, and there was no damage to my TV's. They came around 9:30 AM, and were out the door by 6 PM all cleaned up. They took care of any issues that came from the install as well, including removal, and reinstallation of a bathroom door after shaving the bottom a bit

This is by far, the worst company I've had the misfortune of doing work for me. They are chaotic, inept, unreliable, and incompetent! If you want new flooring, you are better off hiring a bunch of baboons as I'm sure they can do a better job and at the very least, show up. Avoid this company like you'd avoid dating someone with herpes. I wouldn't hire them to refloor a doghouse.

Absolute nightmare!!! Stay far, far away!!! Just finished a THIRD try at an installation and it looks like garbage. They damaged baseboards and door casings at removal leaving huge chunks of wood missing all over the place, undercut the door jambs too high by 1/4"-1/2", left gaps without trim to cover the gaps and then pumped the gaps full of caulk, broke our stove, and we have hollow spots all over the floor. They didn't tell us we would need to be out of the house for 24 hours for the sealer to dry so we had three hours notice to pack up our family and check into a hotel.

Watson Installation did the work for us thru Lumber Liquidators in NC. Our flooring installation was completed yesterday, and it went flawlessly. Dan was on-time, well prepared to get the job done, and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction before he left. Customer service called us to confirm the appointment, then again when the work started to make sure everything was going well, and then one final call after the work was completed to ensure we were satisfied. I'd absolutely recommend Watson Installations and if we decide to make any additional flooring changes in the rest

Watson installed the flooring that I purchased from Lumber Liquidators in Richmond VA. We purchased enough flooring to do our whole upstairs and have enough leftover material for our unfinished room over the garage at a later date

Worst flooring install I have ever been through in my entire life!! First they quoted the job...then they ripped up the existing floor and noticed there was actually another layer of flooring that needed to be removed. Instead of removing they suggested putting new floors OVER EXISTING ROTTED floors!! When I said no way they refused to do the job. Not only did they refuse but this took 8 WEEKS!!!! This was my kitchen so I was not able to use my kitchen this entire time!!! Do NOT use this company. How can you refuse to do a job that you quoted and went half way through?!?!?! I'm writing a letter
