Knowledgeable and honest. This is ONLY company I'll call when we need hvac service or new equipment installation. We bought a house last year that had an aging 10 SEER HVAC system with deteriorated and defective flex duct, and we were struggling to pay electric bills that were hundreds of dollars more than expected. Chris and his crew replaced our ductwork, installed new 15 SEER air handler and 18 SEER heat pump and brought our system up to code. He also replaced our dryer duct which wasn't vented properly through our roof. We highly recommend Cleveland Air for their workmanship, competitive pricing

When our A/C went out we called Cleveland A/C from a referral. He was at our house within 30 minutes. We had air conditioning within another 15 minutes. He was very courteous and knew his business. I will use them from here on out and recommend them to anyone needing A/C service.

Simply outstanding! I cannot say enough good things about Chris and his service. He is professional, honest, kind, and extremely capable in his craft. He communicates very well and patiently explains what he is doing so that you can understand the situation. Always on time and completely respects your time by texting or calling if he will need additional time on a job. He is the best HVAC technician I have ever worked with and we use him for seasonal service and any diagnostic situations that arise.
