Big shout out to Louis Ibarra & Four Paws Plumbing. I met Louis a few years ago when he was connecting my house to WCID17 water main. Four paws has done several plumbing projects at our house since then, from tankless water heaters to an extensive master bath & laundry room addition. Louis has always gone the extra mile to get all of our projects accomplished with attention to detail. Last week, Louis stayed until 830pm to complete a last minute project. I am BEYOND grateful to 4 Paws Plumbing. After SNOVID, we were up schitt's creek without a paddle. Busted brand new water heater and couldn't get a plumber to actually show up. I was losing my mind not having hot water in my house. Laundry, dishes, stinky kiddos. At 6pm on a Friday, 4Paws arrived because my neighbor who is a builder called in a favor for me. I was so desperate. Our incredible neighbor let us buy his water heater from him (he said he could wait a month or two for a new one, since you literally could not find a water heater to buy in the state of TX after snowmageddon) and 4Paws

The best customer service and so professional! They fit us into their schedule the same evening I called. So very grateful for them. They truly are superhero’s!

We had two leaks after the February 2021 winter storms. Both were over a weekend. I texted 4 Paws and each time received an immediate response.
They came when they said they would. They resolved the immediate issue allowing us to rein the water on. They are very professional.
Perhaps most important, they are really nice people. They donate a % of earnings to Austin Pets Alive so I made a contribution as well.
This company is now my go to plumbing resource.

4 Paws is the best plumber in Austin! While other big companies weren’t available during the ice storm, 4Paws plumbers used their personal vehicles to make service calls. They came by and capped several broken lines in the area so we could turn our water back on and then came back to replace the damaged water lines. Incredible service!!

Tiffany and Louis are a great team and fixed our blockage immediately! We are thankful they came to our house the same day we called and fixed our issue at a very affordable price. I recommend them to anyone in the West Austin or Central Austin area looking for a great plumber!

In this polar apocalypse, I had a pipe break at 9:00 pm. They were at a neighbors’ house working on a leak they had and was able to get them to come to my house when they were done. They were super nice, responsive and professional. So helpful and a life saver. I can’t recommend them enough! 💯

Tiffany and Louis at 4 Paws fixed a water leak in our master bathroom vanity. They quickly responded to our urgent need and fixed not only the leak, but inspected and replaced the other valves in the bathroom. They are great people and my family wholeheartedly recommends 4 Paws for all your plumbing needs ... both planned and unplanned!

After having another plumber cancel on me twice I found 4 Paws. They quickly came up to look at the job, gave me a better price and then were able to get the work done that week. The team that came up did a terrific job and left the place spotless. I can't recommend them enough!
