Once I was educated on the “Florida Dealership Fees” that apparently have become vogue in SW Florida, I was very pleased with the overall experience and the professionalism exhibited by Charlie, my salesman. They specialize in higher end sports cars -, sedans and SUV’s and they are very transparent about the history of each car. I would definitely go back again!

I bought a car from them about almost 3 weeks ago. they lie to me about the internet price. I was told the internet price was cash price. I was called last week pertaining to my plates and they said that the plates were ordered incorrectly. I would have to pay the difference. They also ran my credit, knowing that I was already approved there a finance company. I just put in a claim of fraudulent access to run my credit with the credit bureau.
I went there today to pick up my plates and was told that I owed $300, toward the down payment. These people are thieves, stay away from them.

These people are thieves. They asked me to pay $500 in advance to hold a car that I only had seen online. Three days later I changed my mind due to I got an amazing offer from other dealer.
I called them to ask my $500 back. But surprise!!! They said me that it was impossible!
I read ten times the small letter of the receipt when I paid the $500 and there were no clue about losing the money if you take other decision.
Said that, they sold that car 1 week later (I knew that because I had the VIN number and CARFAX says if the car was sold and the date of sale) and took my $500 anyway

Do not buy here specially from miguel the general manager, they are dishonest and would not care about you just to make a penny extra, becareful they will over charge for financing $3000 more, if you want to pay cash they wont sell you the car ,they are only interested on ripping you off by overcharging you with interest and "bank fees" pay attention to what you sign.

In short: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are very typical Used Car Salesmen. The text below is taken from our complaint with the Better Business Bureau that is also being filed with Florida's Office of the Attorney General. Repeated calls to the dealership have fallen on deaf ears. They have left us on hold for hours at a time, waiting for this salesman or that salesman to actually do something. Avoid at all cost..tried to sell us a car with noticeable water damage as if the car was in a flood. The car had spores growing out of the leather seats, seatbelt, carpet..it wreaked of mold. The car had front end damage that was reconstructed by a toddler (it was very noticeable, alarming to witness) the miles were low but the wear and tear says otherwise. This car was rode hard and put away wet..

You should always do your homework before buying a car anywhere including reading the reviews but you can't necessarily go by other people's reviews. I personally had a wonderful experience at Haims Motors. I mainly credit this experience to my Salesperson, Charly. He made all the difference. I had been there two days prior & expressed how I was shopping around. I mainly returned because I felt I received excellent Customer Service & was a "hassle-free" experience. The fact that NOBODY is doing anything about it. Kinda like the FCC, BBB, etc, where people are reporting scams, bad faith business practices, things that are basically equivalent to theft & robbery....but thats were it ends (REPORTING).

This dealer makes no exceptions to all sales final. I bought a used Porsche for over $30k and within one week, the transmission blew and costs me $5000 to fix. The sales manager Miguel said he'd have the GM call, which he did, and the GM passed off responsibilities to the owner. They wouldn't give me any owner information but did take my number and promise to call back. One week later, I was able to reach Miguel who explained he would block my phone number. This dealership is incredibly unprofessional and doesn't care about the customers. Do not trust them.

The post fake cars too good to be true , then you call in and they tell you they've JUST BEEN sold ( saw the same car there for 2 weeks and called 3 times under different names and same thing). . And they try to talk you into crappy deals ... let me take down your information. Classic bite and switch. I should have trusted the Yelp 1.5 star reviews

WARNING: This company sells lemons. Within a week, I had to replace all 4 tires (tire rot on the sidewall that they covered with tire black) and the keyless entry system. My mechanic also found rust in the engine.
A gentleman came in when I was finishing up my purchase because there was water in the engine of the vehicle that he just recently purchased, and they responded by saying that he purchased the car as is. I heard the same thing a week later.
DO NOT BUY HERE.

Bought a Charger from them with 4000 miles. I asked if it has been in any accidents and they said no. The carfax was clean. But they lied (which is fraud and illegal since it falsely adds value the car) and the car has in fact been in a fairly serious accident.
When I realized this (took a technician 1 minute of looking at it to realize it has been in a wreck), I called several times leaving messages for the owner/manager since they were never in. They didn't call me back. My salesman stopped responding to my texts and his voice mailbox was full. When I showed up, they said to come back

I purchased a 2018 Charger from them with 4,000 miles on it (so practically new). I asked if it has been in any accidents. They said no, and it did have a clean car fax report. However, it had been in a fairly major accident, and 2 separate technicians that I took it too for unrelated reasons were able to tell that within 60 seconds of looking at it (the front bumper showed signs it had been repainted from an accident). So either 1) Haims never had a tech of their own do a diagnostics before selling the car which is a terrible operating practice or more likely 2) they were aware and lied which

Fast forward to where we are now, 16 days past purchase date. I have not seen the car in 15 of those 16 days. They swapped out the dead body loaner for another car which has extremely illegal tint on it, including the windshield. You take your life into your hands if you drive this car at night.
