Tues, Dec 7th was a very busy and exhausting day for me, my mother was being released to come home from rehab and I still needed to get her home ready for her, grocery shop etc only to find out my car tire was low on air, however I didn't know which one and it was raining. Will never go back here, bought our new Altima at the Nissan moon on 11/15 then on 11/17 noticed noise of something dragging ( front piece was dragging had to take tape to secure it just to drive to closest dealership) this location is the closest, after almost 2 hours they bring me a paper for the quote if I was to have it repaired. ( Mind you didn't even have the car 2 full days) they did absolutely nothing and sent me on my way. I didn't even get a mile away and the piece started dragging once again. I was pleased with the oil change and tire rotation. I was not pleased given my gauges are fogging up where the speedometer is located and does not appear to be sealed correctly. This vehicle is less than 3 years old, garage-kept, and only has 34,000 miles on it. I was told I could pay out of pocket and send it to California to be fixed. Not an option and it would not be covered under warranty. This will most likely be my last Nissan.

Stan and the staff at #1 Cochran went out of their way to get me the car I wanted. At the same time I was contacting them about a car I had seen online it was being transferred to a different location but Stan pulled some strings and got it back for me at a great price.
