Very good professional and honest. He came faster than he said and identified the issue in a few minutes. Took care of everything and gave me some great advice. They will have my business again. I had a whole wasp nest blocking a pipe.

I live in Las Vegas, i watch these videos and i give 5 stars for superb service. Very polite, charges reasonable prices and is very knowledgeable able hvac. Keep popping those videos out. Although I've never had service done, my ac unit feels very happy Everytime it hears me watching these videos😂

We have been dealing with A/C issues on and off for 18 months. Numerous people came, checked, charged, yet the problem persisted. I am so glad our warranty company hooked us up with Walter . He's very courteous. Constantly gave us explanations for whatever queries we had. The best part was he explained everything to us in layman terms, and not like the other guys who kept using terms and concepts we were having trouble understanding. He replaced our evaporator coil system, was very prompt in response, very flexible with the timing and was thorough in his job. I highly recommend giving him a call
