If I could give this company zero stars I would. They were a complete nightmare. I worked with Joseph Chevalier throughout the process. When I spoke to him initially I was mostly packed and gave him a very detailed list of my good that would need to be moved. He wrote up and estimate that did not include a large number of goods that I had… listed.
-When reviewing the list I brought this to his attention and he assured me these goods were just "extras" and were not necessary for quoting purposes. He also listed the plastic bins (I had explicitly described as plastic bins) as boxes of varying

Hiring Trico Long Distance Movers is one of the best decisions I've ever made! Jose, Luis, Josh and Mario arrived on time and were extremely polite, professional, and careful. They got the job done efficiently and effectively, all at a very reasonable, competitive price. They disassembled/reassembled furniture, put down runner mats to protect the… floors, meticulously wrapped each piece of furniture in a blanket and/or plastic, and went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied client. This company has employees that treat you with respect and accommodate all your needs. Don't hesitate to ask them anything they'll be happy to help. They helped me move from a small apartment in and it was hard but they were creative and helped me move to my new house and the price was very affordable and I did give them a generous tip because I was satisfied with their work and if you call them you won't be disappointed.

The customer service was outstanding! The prices were the best I've seen comparably to any other company. The best thing is that this company allows you to bring your items at a flat rate. These guys were amazing from start to finish! They showed up little early to check if everything was in order, they wrapped the furnitures fast and with extra care and at the end of the move there were no damages thanks god! And of course thanks to Miguel and his team for being fast, clean and easy to work with! Also their prices is much better compare to other companies that I have used before! Give them a shot you won't regret it !
