My husband and I went into Kia Service at Northtown recently to have a tire patched after a nail was detected in one of the tires of our 2018 Kia Forte. As usual, the Kia Service team immediately took care of us when other service stations in the area were going to keep us waiting for days...or stranded for hours. I called Northtown Kia looking for a K5 and they only had one in stock, so I set up an appointment quick in hopes that I can see it before it sells. When I got there, I met Charlie who had already brought the car upfront for me so it was ready to look at when I got there. I test drove the car, fell in love with the car, and bought it in the same day. Charlie was amazing, he was super nice and very helpful and helped me reach the price I was looking for. I purchased my vehicle (Kia Sportage EX) back in August and I've been very satisfied with it's performance, look, style, bells & whistles!!! The "deal" was very fair and all that I learned about the way Kia stands for its' vehicles, made me relax. Matt made the process very easy and pleasant. I went in to buy a new soul. There was 6 on the lot. 2 online were still available according to Kia Dot Com. I was told they were all on hold. They directed me to used. No way it was going to happen at their crazy pricing. The sales guy was great and I felt sorry for him. Only because I knew the managers were giving him info not to sell me a new soul. After the experience I had buying my third, a new 2016 Kia Fote5 SX manual turbo in 2017 from a young, fast talking guy named Nick, (he is no longer there) I decided I would never buy a car or deal with Northtown again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. How can you even solve or listen to someone's complaint when your finance manager is NEVER in his office (called half a dozen times) and won't return a call (left messages all those times). I was sold a useless warranty, and was told it could be pro rated if I cancel it. Well I wasn't informed that since the warranty is good for 100k miles, but the car was purchased with roughly 30k miles, I can only get pro rated for those 70k miles at best. So the second I was conned into a warranty, I lost 1/3 of my money ($1200). I can

Nice staff but I had a bad experience. They made a lot of promises that turned out to be empty. I feel some of those put my family at risk, which is upsetting. Also was told they would fix this and get back to me but never heard from them. I am sure this was an isolated incident, but I wish they had been more transparent and honest.

Visited the showroom tonight to take a look at the new 2020 Telluride, as I've only seen it on TV thus far. When I walked it, I was barely acknowledged by the young guy (Guy1) leaning on one of the showroom vehicles. So I approached the front desk and was "helped" by Guy2 who said he'd get someone to assist me. He then proceeded to ask Guy1 who had ignored me when I entered the dealership, who confirmed he wasn't available. Guy2 disappeared into the back. Within a couple minutes Guy3

I wanted to let you know how displeased I was with the service from northtown. This was my first and definitely my last. I will surely NEVER recommend anyone come to you guys for service.
The guy who serviced my car told me that "your breaks are so bad you should not drive off the lot" and also made me sign that he told me this. They were not THAT BAD. My breaks did not squeal or pulsate. This guy made it seem like my breaks were going to give out if I drove it another minute. I believe the maintenance guy targeted me because I was a new customer and mostly because I was a women and

I told Mike the car I was interested in and he pulled it for me to test drive along with a few other similar cars. I felt like he answered all of my questions honestly and was really patient with me through the whole process. At no point did I feel like he was trying to push me into buying, which I really liked.
Overall I had a great experience here! Everyone I worked with was really nice, and my sister, my dad and I have now all bought cars from here.
