Honest, trustworthy, very fair, no pressure, reliable, excellent work (including warranty), helpful/patient/friendly down-to-earth staff, flexible (in certain situations, willing to install a used part such as when i can't justify cost of new on my 203k miles Forester). Hard working and intelligent staff who don't b.s. you, but instead explain required work with benefits/pros/cons so you can make well informed decisions. Very affordable.
Wouldn't trust any other shop to work on my Subies. Purchased a 2009 Outback here last year in great condition for a very reasonable price, and they resolved

Avoid this place at all cost! They cut corners, don’t replace parts that were supposed to be replaced, and then charge double the quote price. Work that they do will not hold, and cause you more problems down the line. Please please please find a different shop! Very unprofessional
