Hands down the BEST dealership I have ever been too. my salesman Milo was very professional and didnt try and pressure me in to a specific vehicle. A very great experience with all of associates I came in contact with at BASIL FORD. Jennie was great and she saw to it all of my concerns and issues were addressed. Jeremy my Service Person was also great in keeping me updated on the status of my car. Service was performed in a very timely manner. Except for the fact that the part needed to complete my repair work must be back ordered for an extremely long period of time due to the NATIONWIDE SHIPPING FIASCO our entire country is currently in.

I cannot begin to express how easy Basil made buying a new car. Ed and Jordan made everything as smooth as possible to get me in a newer vehicle without breaking bank, considering how the car market is right now. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, no BS and very straightforward. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

The service department is amazing. Jose excels at customer service. He makes sure you understand what was done in a friendly manor. He’s always taken good care of me. Also a new thing that was nice, I think her name was Jenny. She was checking to see if everyone was taken care of. Thanks everyone I was in and out in a timely manner.

Sorry for the late review, leased a 2020 Ford Explorer (my 2017 lease was up) and I cannot say enough about MIRO! He is the best, went above and beyond me and for every vehicle we have leased (this is our 4th one from Basil Ford), he even came in on his day off. Miro, we will be back in a few months as the F150 lease end is coming up. Work your magic my friend and keep up the good work!

I would never buy another car from this business again 0 out of 10 would not recommend. I bought a car and paid for as much coverage on it as I could and when things started going wrong (and thing went wrong very fast) nothing was covered. They wouldn't even look at my car without a 100$ charge. The service department was by far the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with in my life and by far the rudest. Basil ford thank you for making a car buying experience absolutely terrible I will never be back.

I'd suggest coming to their service center only in an emergency, but it's apparent they can't even handle that. My Ford Focus had a warranty fix on the transmission. Ford fixed it wrong and was breaking down as I drove. Stopped by Basil Ford, hoping to get a Ford fix on a Ford problem. I was told they couldn't so much as look at it for two weeks. If I wanted to leave my car there, they could look at it when they get a chance, in two weeks, and I could rent a car. But if I rented, they couldn't reimburse until they confirmed it was a Ford mistake, in two weeks. At that time

I thought great of this place until I realized they sold me a lemon. I got a Ford Fusion the dealer claimed was safe and in good condition. Unfortunately the sales people here lie. When I needed new tires I was shocked to learn basil ford decided to start selling these cars with unsafe lug nuts that are not 100% steel. When I contacted them to make this right today they refused to help. Do not do business with a dealership that isn't looking to keep its customers.

I recently traded in an old lease and leased a new vehicle from Basil and the customer service I received was very helpful. Mike asked the right questions and through our conversation he was able to find the perfect vehicle for me, I never felt pressured or felt the feeling that he was trying to add extras one, he saw that I had a vision for what I wanted and helped me get to the finish line.

Avoid at all cost DAy 87 The vehicle of friend purchased from this dealer lost all electronic components locks up and down lights flash vehicles shuts off while driving steering locks had it towed to a dealership it is been there for 15 days they cannot duplicate the problem therefore are trying to release the vehicle to the buyer headed to get GM corporate involved they have stated the basil will not deal with the buyer whatsoever so what would you do in this matter they gladly took us money sold him an unsafe vehicle that is not roadworthy GM corporate stated not to remove the vehicle from

Had an excellent experience with Basil Ford. Josh our sales person went above and beyond what most if not any other sales people do. We had some issues to begin with but Josh did everything in his power to rectify these issues. Leaving us very happy and satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this dealership. I just had a terrible experience with service at Basil Ford. After taking my car in for service and to look into a couple of minor issues, I authorized repairs over the phone to remedy some of the issues I brought up. When I got my car back, none of my issues seemed to be improved, and in addition two of my tires were damaged and flat after a couple of days, having no prior issues with my tires. When I brought my car back in to have them figure out what happened with my tires, they wouldn't accept any responsibility and only offered to repair and replace the damaged tires at what I assume

Dave in service saved our vacation
Lost the air conditioner in Boston and with traffic and 97degree heat our drive was 11hr hell
Dave was uber pro and hooked us up even though they were booked for days
Basil fixed the car in 1day!

I was constant contact with a rep (Matt) for a few days about a car that I found in stock via the on-line inventory system. I showed up to my appointment, and I was introduced to a salesman that couldn't find the car or anything similar to experience the features that I was interested in testing.
And so, I was instead given a car to test drive that didn't resemble anything that I had asked to see. The salesman sat in the backseat and didn't say a word about the car. Nothing about the gas mileage or any of the selling points you'd expect to hear. Upon getting

The week before Thanksgiving my tire pressure indicator light came on and the bluetooth stopped working in my car at the same time. I was meant to be making an eight hour drive that weekend, so I wanted to get it checked out asap. Called the dealer that sold me my car and not only were they booked, they were rude. When I called Basil Ford they got me an appointment the following morning.
