We used Raul and his team to remodel our condo in Bonita Springs. Raul was very professional, provides high quality work and does what he says. We were out of town for much of the remodel but knew we could trust Raul without us being around. The remodel turned out great!

I have used many a contractor in my life from Scottsdale to the shores of New Jersey and the pale in comparison to Raul’s management as the owner of Patagonia Development. The personal and detailed attention to every aspect of the job and the very good suggestions as the job unfolded, were the best I have ever experienced. I cannot say enough good things about Raul’s work ethic and intellect!

Patagonia Development has only been the Best. We are located remotely and had all the work to our Condo. completed while we were away , and frankly out of the mess. We returned to a perfect site condition and super clean. Of Course is was completed to our satisfaction because Raul kept us up to date with any issues with his great communication skills. His Crew was very conscientious of our property and Raul's attention to the details. We are looking forward to our next phase of working together. Just the BEST.

Raul and his team did an exceptional job on our condo renovation! We did a total renovation of the unit and Raul’s team knocked it out of the park - which was especially challenging as we didn’t live in the area! His team was very professional throughout, truly listened to our wants, offered us great suggestions and ultimately delivered to the high expectations we had for the project. Whenever we had any questions, had an idea or weren’t sure about something Raul and team were there to talk things through and provide answers. Raul and his team did a condo floor for our construction company and every piece had to be hand selected for totally clear product. They cleaned up everyday and were methodical in all phases. Raul took pictures everyday and sent to our company to show progress. Tough clients were thrilled. He punched out the smallest details for the client later the same day they called. Perfect experience. He is on our list as a preferred trade partner.
