Mr. Neal was prompt, professional, answered all my questions, and explained the sewer clearing process. Friendly too. Recommended.
UPDATE January 2022--Drain clog was just a symptom of long-festering issues with 120-year-old house in old neighborhood with old clay tile pipes penetrated by roots and ancient, leaking cast iron sewer stack. Eric diagnosed the issues and thoroughly explained various options from total replacement to doing nothing and waiting for next clog; also came up with solutions to indoor plumbing work. Bit the bullet and had stack and sewer pipes replaced, involving excavation

Kyle b. Did a phenomenal job fixing the leak in my main valve, was able to fix it with supplies in his truck, and was in and out in 20minutes. Super Professional and kind. I was impressed, as well as my clients that I was servicing while he was repairing the sink in my salon.

This man was an amazing technician! He was very nice, honest, & enjoyable to my morning! I’d recommend him to everyone I know for plumbing work. Nothing better than getting an honest person to let you know asap what you’re dealing with as well as pointers needed for possible preventive maintenance. He provided the quality for sure & definitely at a fair price. Will use him for ALL work in future if I can.

I called Rooter Works in a panic needing a gas pipe inspected & repaired for an impending home sale. I spent an entire afternoon on the phone with plumbers in the area looking for someone who would be available in my timeline and this company shocked me by saying they could get someone out SAME DAY! They've done it again!
We've had Rooter works out a couple times for plumbing and water pipe related work and issues, and they're always prompt, show up quickly, and are great to work with! Daniel came out for this one and worked hard to clear a particularly difficult drain issue. The prices are completely reasonable for the work involved and the speed and effectiveness of their business / employees :)

We've been having issues with our water pressure for the last couple months. Josh was able to come out right away and quickly diagnose the issue (faulty well pressure tank and fittings). He explained everything thoroughly and was honest about what we absolutely needed, what wouldn't hurt to fix, and what we could do without. Better yet, he was able to get all the parts and got us fixed up the same day. Water pressure is now better than ever! Truly top-notch customer service!!!

Everyone I dealt with at this company were professional, helpful, polite and efficient. Dave came out very soon after my initial call, even though it was not an emergency, and found the problem immediately and even showed me pictures of the problem. He gave me a very reasonable quote on a new toilet and installation and was able to complete the job right away. It was a rainy day, and Dave was extremely careful not to track anything into my home. I was told I would need a plumber to help with a gas line behind our stove. Our issue was our new stove stuck out so far it looked really silly. I messaged Rooter Works to see if they could help and they came out the next morning. The plumber, Kyle Brown knew what to do almost immediately and fixed it right then and there. My new gas stove pushed back closer to the wall and it looked like it belonged there. He also helped me with my sink really fast. Super friendly service start to finish. Happy I’ve never needed a plumber for anything before, but if I do I’ll absolutely call these guys!

We had the pleasure of meeting Brian Merrill Sr. He was an exceptional tech and addressed all of our problems. He talked to our landlord and was able to get him to understand the issues and work them out, which seemed impossible at first. He repaired all of our water lines in the kitchen and replaced the toilet and faucets. If you ever need a service tech, request Brian Merrill Sr. He’s one of the few left that care about the customers and tenets and takes pride in his work.
