I hired and ordered my carpet from Bob's Flooring. Exceptional sales lady who was able to measure and answer all my questions. Had to order the carpet but it was not really that long. Especially now with all the problems with getting supplies and all with the Covid outbreaks even wait in a couple of weeks really is not bad. The installer came out and I was blown away. Him and his helper just went to it less than 20 minutes I completely had the carpet padding and the floor swept. It was ready to put down the new carpet . We had just ordered our carpet for our house, and Theresa helped us out. She had went way above, and beyond for us. She is so professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. We would recommend Bob’s carpet to anyone. Please ask for Theresa. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and extremely helpful. We had dealt with another company, and we had gotten so screwed. We replaced over 2,000 sq. ft. of tile, wood and carpeting with Armstrong Rigid Core Essentials luxury vinyl tile in Cheshire Oak Buttermilk finish and couldn't be happier with the results. YOU MUST READ THIS BEFORE HIRING BOB'S FROM ANY BRANCH!!! Hired Bob's Carpet & Flooring in Lakeland, Florida. They hired David Demolition & Flooring LLC to handle the install. Bob's does not install themselves. They primarily rely on contractors to handle the install. After 2 attempts, they could not get all the carpet in my house installed with the same color carpet. After two attempts they failed to stretch the carpet properly and failed to attach the carpet to the nail strips. With the vinyl, we specifically asked for loose lay, no glue. Reading the previous reviews I guess we should have worked with Chad or the other guy. Teresa can't seem to get carpet installed in two weeks. When we called the office to find out when we could get on the schedule, only she could help us and she is off on Monday. Called the office Tuesday morning when she told us she can't do anything until the order is in a "hold status" in the computer. We advised we needed the carpet installed Wednesday. Got a call around noon that best she could do is Friday afternoon. Installers finally arrived about 3pm to install 2 rooms of carpet. They finally completed

Loved it! Recommend you work with Chad- he did a wonderful job listening to my timeline and need for a good, but low cost carpet. He came to my home the next day to measure and had an estimate ready that evening. The carpet was installed a week later. A 2-man job- (lead by Fidel) both efficient and hard- working. Worked 7 hours straight and moved my furniture without complaint and then put it all back ....making sure everything was beautifully arranged!

After almost $5,000 worth of flooring was ordered we waited patiently for the install. We were promised a certified installer but instead I was sent two guys that we later found out weren't even directly affiliated with them. They were subbed out. Paid extra to have our fireplace undercut, it wasn't. All the walls were scratched up. The NEW floors were completely scratched all over. The transitions were not even the right color and the cuts they were supposed to make were not right. Here I am 6 months

This was by FAR THE WORST!!!!!!! The worst place I have ever had the unpleasure of doing business at!!!!! They came out and over measured and charged me for extra flooring that I can't even use!!!! Next they did a horrible installation job(started bubbling up everywhere)!!!! They told me some spots were normal and would go away. Not even after 3 months the laminate flooring was coming up!!!! We run a home office where appearance of the floors is important. We were completely happy with Bob's Carpet Mart. Neil gaved us straight-forward answers, and was able to deal with my changing plans. As I saw how good the Vinyl Plank looked I wanted more of it, and alittle less of the carpet, although the Carpet am very pleased with as well. The padding is great, sure feels great on the feet. I gave Bob's 28 days to complete my almost $5,000 tile order and install before writing a review, wanting to give every opportunity for them to "make things right". Great friendly guys up through point of sale, assuring "they take care of everything". It all unraveled quickly.
ERROR #1. They wrote my contract based on blueprints but when they found a/their mistake in calculating, they said "it wasn't a final contract" and upcharged me days later. ERROR #2. They wrote it the day BEFORE a $500 sale month began but apparently now it was a final contract
