We had Carter’s come in to repair our quartz kitchen counter tops, what a great job. The countertops look better then when they were installed. The two gentlemen who worked on the countertops were extremely careful and professional. I would use this company again with confidence.

We just had Dante and Eddie clean, and disinfect the floors' tile and grout throughout the whole house except one bedroom and bathrooms that were done previously. They were on time, extremely courteous and you could easily tell that they were passionate and dedicated to making sure the work was done exactly to the customer expectations. These tiles had been covered up by a cheap wood floor that had some damages. The whole surface had been used as a drop-cloth by the prior owners when re-painting because they didn't care because they were covering them up with the wood floors anyway. Dante and Eddie

Carter's Floor and Surface cleaning did an excellent job cleaning the tile in my showers, cleaning and resealing the grout on my tile floor, and polishing my granite countertops. My floors look like new and my granite shines better than new. If you think you need new tile or grout replacement talk to Carter's first. They can save your floors at a fair price. My granite reflects like a mirror. Carter's was on time, professional, and made my house shine better than new. It was a pleasure deal with Carter's.

They came to my church today and stripped and waxed our 5200 s.f. hall. It as an all day job (we used to do it ourselves and it took 3 days) but the floors now look fantastic. The employees were all very courteous and I am going to have them come back to shampoo the church carpet and pews.

Excellent customer service and a great job. I had two couches and two memory foam mattresses cleaned by them and they did a fantastic time. Worked around my schedule to provide late afternoon /evening appointments. The first time they came out they realized the truck system couldn't reach the interior apt so they rescheduled and rented the needed equipment. Thank you for a job well done Carters!

This company is the absolute best in Tampa, FL. Bill is awesome and answered any and all questions I had. He was very patient and explained everything in great detail. He did very nice on my carpets, grout, and leather couch. The best part is he fit me in at the last minute, as I had family coming over from out of town. I recommend this company hands down, and look forward to using him in the future!
