Francy Thompson, the owner of Total House + Flooring received an education in both accounting and design and has over 25 years of experience. In 2005, Total House + Flooring began as Total Design Solutions. Our intention has always been to fill the gap between design concept and product choice, for both homeowners and builders.

Can't say enough about Total House + Flooring on Morganton Road in Southern Pines, NC. Francy, Craig and Amy are amazing. Always available to answer my questions and the advice and products are top notch. I have used the big guy in town, but never again. This is definitely the way to go in this area. They can help you with all aspects of your remodel.. not just flooring!!!

Francy guided us through extensive home renovations, including a complete kitchen gut. Her product knowledge, contractor/sub contacts, and creativity made all the difference. It was great working with Francy! It would have been an overwhelming task without her help. Her recommendations for flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, paint colors, etc. were all excellent! Not only tasteful but period appropriate for our 1900’s house. I’ve had so many compliments, and I give all the credit to Francy. She is easy to work with and we really appreciate her patience and extra effort in getting us through this process. Thank you for making my house so much lovelier.
