We recently used Moore Floors in Southern Pines, for laying Thermacore flooring, which was an excellent choice recommended by them, as we have dogs. I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful group of people. They were outstanding from start to finish, and we now have a beautiful new floor in our bedroom & closet. So professional, and yet so friendly. Given the constraints of the times we now live in due to COVID pandemic, this was a speedy transaction on all fronts. THANK YOU Moore Floors for everything! Carpeted two large rooms and two short halls. New carpet looks great. Installers were on time and worked diligently. They were delayed in picking up our carpet mid day through no fault of their own or Moore Floor and came back bright and early the next day to finish. All furniture was put back in exactly the right place.

A terrific customer experience from beginning to end! Every step of the process was easy. The estimator, June Bug, was a joy to work with. With the big box stores taking over everything today it’s a true pleasure to still work with the small local business. Everyone in the store treated us like friends as we selected our flooring products. The installers were terrific. They showed up on time, made some great adjustments during the installation and ultimately completed the project exactly on time and even saved us a few dollars. We could not be happier with the finished product. I highly recommend

Moore Floors came in and replaced approx. 75% of our existing floors in our home! These guys did an amazing job. They were very thorough in their work and completely professional. There was no clean up behind them and everything was placed exactly back where it was originally. Let these guys show you how customer service is done.
