My daughter and I were extremely happy with our car buying experience today ! Anderson was polite, professional and so helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explain every detail about the process of purchasing her car. This was the most frustrating series of bad communication we have ever encountered in trying to buy a vehicle. The front office "sales" people are highly UN-motivated to sell. Their communication with the service department in the other end of the building is so poor we were shocked.
We worked with two different sales people. Amanda and Anderson said they would call us back in 5 minutes separately on different days and we had to call them back an hour later only to hear that they "forgot".

I tried to buy a car from here. Test drove and check engine light was on. Stopped at Autozone and had them run the code (something small).Told the seller what was wrong and asked that they get it fixed before I buy it. They called and told me it was ready 4 different times and to come buy it. Each time going back and saying "oops I misunderstood the repair shop". After two weeks of this run around with the sales rep they call and tell me "oops, I came back from lunch and we sold it to someone else." Stay away from this shop. Their sales staff is completely incompetent and they will just waste your

I would recommend checking under your car/truck before buying from this place, or at least get it fully inspected. My rear cross member broke on the express while driving due to rust, the whole frame was rusted covered in undercoated black paint. It may seem like you're getting a good deal, but I would say they get all of their cars up north.
