Absolute best customer service going..make a long story short I bought a 10k car from these guys , it ended up needing almost 1k worth of work done to it and they footed the bill without any haggling or anything....if your in the market to buy a new car deal with neil huffman mazda.. Everyone at Neal Huffman was helpful and patient during my visit. They listened to me when I told them what I wanted and provided the information I needed to make a good purchase decision. Milena was great to work with in setting explaining the process and arranging for me to pick up my car. Milena was especially helpful in showing me the features of the car I was unfamiliar and walked me through setting up the Mazda app and all the setting the way that would be most useful to me. I would recommend Huffman Mazda as the place to go for a positive car shopping experience

Chris Forbes (sales) was really straightforward and helpful and even went back after hours to grab a pair of sunglasses I forgot in my trade-in.
Sherry was straightforward and transparent about wanting to earn my business and got to a number that worked for both sides on my trade-in.
While going through final details and signing paperwork with Jessica, it made me look forward to when that scenario is no longer required when buying a car. Gap insurance was included by default and I had to opt out of it. I felt pressure to consider and sign up for extended warranties and services that I did not

I spent the last hour retrieving my wife’s car from one of the service technicians who took her car to his house in Bardstown, KY because “…it needed to have some miles put on it after some warranty work was done.” Only found out because my wife has a tracker in her car and wondered why it was not at the dealership at 8 p.m. and was being driven around Bardstown, KY.

When it comes to the Mazda service area, Ive not had the best experiences. When I get oil changes, they bombard me with non essential things to spend money on. I came for an oil change. Let me know what you recommend on a piece of paper about servicing my engine, and I’ll review and decide.
