Most customers choose to tip the crew due to their professional, courteous service, but it is not required. It depends on the size of the dresser/chest. If the dresser has five or fewer drawers, you may leave the contents in the dresser. If the dresser has six or more drawers, you will need to empty the contents to ensure safe moving of both your dressers and the contents.

I have used Michael's movers twice in the DFW area and they have been GREAT! No hidden fees and very reasonable prices. I was very pleased with the customer service and communication from Michael and Lygia from the initial scheduling all the way up to the day of the move. The movers arrived on time both times and were kind, professional, and did a wonderful job handling my items allowing me to have a smooth move out & move in. Cannot recommend enough!

This is the second time I have used Michael's Movers and they were an actual answer to prayer. Jesús and Moy were communicative, on time, and super hard-working. Jesús reloaded my storage unit 3 times in order to make everything fit in a VERY impressive game of tetris. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

Best experience I have had in the past year!! Hired another company to move me last year and they damaged several pieces of furniture, my wood entry door and walls of my brand new home. Rooms to Go has delivered the same pieces 4, yes that is 4 times and damaged them!!!

Please find another moving service! This is a complete scam and waste of money and time! I paid for 2 hours with the hidden fees came to $160. 2 men and one of their wives came ( who didn't hello, was just there. Remember Covid is still going on no extra people should be coming along. I stressed that I needed them to arrive around or before 4pm the owner reassured me they would be come early. They arrived at 6:30pm one of the men was older and a new guy who didn't know how to pack the truck. They delayed and stalled so they could go over! It was to the point I had to start helping along

It begins even before they arrive. The lengths they go through over the phone to provide excellent customer service is outstanding!
I was in a bind and needed to move quicker than expected. They were able to accommodate me despite their policy on "one week notice minimum". That alone was a life saver.
As far as cost, everything is explained over the phone so there is no surprises with regards to money come moving day. If you're like me & just moving basic apartment

These guys are the best! I booked them this week and they took the time during booking to get good information in order to give me an accurate quote that DID NOT change when the job was over. The movers were on time , wore masks the whole time, fast but careful. They loaded my 10x10 storage unit like champs; using way more of the space than I ever would have on my own! I haven't moved in a long time and last time I did it on my own. From now on this is the company I'm using. Their attention to detail and customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I've been using Michael's movers for the last 3 years and they have never let me down! From the inital phone call to set everything up, to the pricing, to the staff carefully moving my items treating them as their own, the experieince has always been great! They always arrive on time with plenty of staff, their own moving truck and the price seems to always go down everytime I use them!! We found Michael's Movers on Groupon and saw that they had many good reviews so we decided to give them a try, this was a mistake. Don't let the good reviews fool you, you may end up with a crew that is lazy and damages your home. Let's start from the top.

Thank you for your help in making our move smooth. The two movers did an efficient job and finished wrapping, disassembling furniture, moving up n down two floors within time. They did not even take a break. Really appreciate the hardwork they did. I would recommend Michael Movers to everyone. PS my move was within Irving, TX. You can check Groupon for offers. Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with! Although I had to push back my moving date, he was very flexible and got me reschedule without any fuss. Mike gave me a courtesy call before the team headed my way, and they also called to let me know once they'd arrived. I was very pleased with the fact that all staff wore masks and maintained a distance. They got right to work once they arrived and unloaded very quickly as well. I have these twice now once when I moved in and again at move out. The first time I hired them was from Groupon and based on reviews from there. Great customer service, quick and full detail communication. No hidden costs and most of AFFORDABLE!! Movers are friendly, quick and listen to your needs and directions. I was so happy with their services the first time that of course had to use them again! Used Groupon again ($159 for 3hrs and two movers) and even though my reservation was for 2 movers he sent 3! I initially found Michael's Movers on Groupon. They advertised a great deal, and they had pretty stellar reviews. I was initially moving into a storage room across town and into my new place a week later, so I really perused their website and Groupon to get a feel for the company. I am so glad I chose Michael's Movers! First, my initial phone call was very informative, and I found them to be pretty transparent and keen to make sure all of my needs were met.
