ONLY USE THIS COMPANY!! John is straightforward and really knows his stuff. I called and got quotes from many carpet cleaners. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY by using the "cheap competitor". John will make sure you are taken care of at a fair price. Will it be the cheapest, no. Do you really want the cheapest, ABSOLUTELY NOT! Use John and Signature carpet care. I know from a professional standpoint as well since I am a business owner myself!!

What a great experience all around! John was so understanding that we have company coming over soon and wanted a good wash to get rid of puppy urine smell. He made room to squeeze us in so it was done before fam came over. THATS just AWESOME customer service. Also, his guy (Ryan) was a great communicator and went above and beyond helping us get the best results with our cleaning experience. Would recommend 100%, plus I'll use them again.

Only giving them 3 stars. They were nice enough, quick to respond and the carpets were cleaned, but they quoted me $320, no more than $350 over the phone, but when it came time to pay (after the carpets had been cleaned) it was more. I was mostly irritated because the guy on the phone made a point to say he wasn't one of those companies to low ball the bid just to get in, but then charged me more after the job was done anyway. We had to have the carpets professionally cleaned when we moved out of a rental and I could only use 1 of 2 companies so I didn't have the option to shop around. Someone

I called John early on a Saturday for a client how had some water/swer back up that was walked in and around and needed some carpet/flooring cleaning and sanatizing on short notice. John's guys were there within the hour happy to help even on a Saturday! My friend had grandkids coming on Monday morning from another state and needed it safe for them to be there. Signature Carpet made me look like a hero, fantatic service and when I asked him about the bill he said they were VERY reasonable! He was happy, I am happy. Thank you John!

We had a sewer plug disaster and John had someone there in 1.5 hours. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up the mess. They took care of our cement in the basement as well as carpets & rugs in our house. Amazing response and great work.

John arrived on time and was very friendly right from the start. He did not try to up-sell me anything that we did not agree upon over the phone. His prices are extremely fair and his decades of experience show in the quality of work and service. John was upfront and transparent with his pricing.
