He beautifully corrected a burn spot and pet urine stain in my carpet by replacing carpet and pad in the specific spaces. Professional, detail oriented, meticulous, courteous, efficient. I had ripples in my 11 yr old carpet. It was laid out without allowing the new carpet to “relax” so overs time it created raised ripples where we have heavier traffic. In order to save a little $ I moved the majority of my furniture out of the area that needed work (they charge a little extra for furniture shuffling). James and Lance came on time, and got right to work. These guys know what they are doing; I paid a little extra but also had them fix a few squeaky floor boards underneath. They cleaned/vacuumed as they went; efficiency

We had some carpet that needed to be restretched and also cleaned. We called James and left a message. When I told my husband that James had immediately contacted us back, he was amazed. We were sure that we wouldn't hear back as was our experience from so many other contractors. Not only did James respond quickly, he also scheduled the work… for the next day. Talk about fast! He did an excellent job, our carpet looks amazing and he also went over and above and fixed some areas that really needed to be done and gave the area a much better "finished" look.
