Oscar was great to work with! We bought a new house and decided to use his services to clean the carpet before we moved in! So glad we did. Oscar was so incredibly helpful. When we moved into our home there was a horrific pet urine smell that permeated the whole house despite the carpets being "cleaned" before we got there. It was completely unlivable. Oscar came by three times to treat our carpet and to clean it. He called between each visit to check on the smell and figure out what he could do next. Oscar cleaned the carpet at my rental that had stains as well as paint on it. I was worried I was going to have to replace the carpet. Oscar was able to clean it to 98% stain free. I was delighted. He went above and beyond. I did not have to replace the carpet. I would highly recommend Oscar and Master Carpet Cleaning.
