We are moving out of our house on Friday so we had Larson's Chem-Dry come clean our carpets on Monday. We have cats and he did an AMAZING job with getting rid of the smell and cleaning those areas (there were a lot) but the rest of the carpets look like I cleaned them myself with my Bissell steam cleaner. I can see EVERY SPOT on the floor that was there before they were cleaned. The only spots that were gone were the spots he treated to up sale us the spot cleaner. We didn't like the looks before he left but decided to wait until it dries and then vacuum the floor. So now my husband

Very impressed with these guys. They've cleaned our carpets twice now and both times were great. This last time they scheduled us within 3 days of our phone call, confirmed a couple hours before showing up, and followed up the following day to make sure everything went as expected. Great customer service.
