I called and got ahold of Shon pleading for help with my carpet and the smell from a huge Irish wolfhound.

We had some terribly damaged carpets due to stains from renter's pets. We were worried that we would have to replace the entire carpet in two rooms. Super fast, great job, and even worked with us on the pricing. We did the cushions ourselves but the couch wasn't coming out right. Made our free couch worth the effort to get it for sure. Definitely recommend.

Amazing, thorough and professional. Stevens Family Chem-Dry did such an amazing job in all of our rooms. Not only do our carpets feel and look better, our carpets were dry enough after an hour to move furniture back into the room. They also have a pet urine remover, works like a charm and your house smells as good as new. I highly recommend Stevens Family Chem-dry to everyone. I will definitely use them again.
