AtLam provides project and construction management for governmental and commercial contracts with a specialty emphasis in Task Order contracts. AtLam is a "full services" construction company delivering projects under a variety of contract structures including JOC/IDIQ/Task Order Contracts, Fixed Price Contracts, and Best Value/Negotiated contracts.
The Owner has over 30 years of experience involving architecture and construction managing on numerous projects. He has been responsible in the past for over $45mil of IDIQ, JOC, MATOC task orders ranging from $100k to $9M per task.
