Not very responsive, need to improve time management, waited for almost 3 months before they can start the work. It's understandable that is during pandemic, but they should have reached out if the client needed to wait that long. They didn't respond when inspector said they need to come back to do some minor correction. Very bad communication between them and Lowes. I had to do the communication between them which is clearly not a customer's job. Lowes also did a bad job at material shipping. Not a great experience. The work looks decent but the logistic and communication were a nightmare.

They came to us through Lowe’s and I am so exceedingly grateful. Our deck is gorgeous and the people that have seen it in person love it. Those that have seen pictures are very impressed and a couple of out-of-state friends were interested in the company (they thought we were still in GA).
The two guys who worked on the deck were so very professional, which is important, but even more, they were nice. They put up with me acting like the paparazzi every other hour. For all six days.
