We accept payment by electronic check and will provide you with an invoice for your convenience.
We aim to respond to all quote requests within a 24 hour period Monday through Friday. However if this isn't the case, please be patient as we receive a lot of emails every day. We received a call to move us from Iowa to Texas. We had received a quote from a couple other reputable movers for around $8,000. Our daughter did not end up moving with us, so our furniture load was literally cut in half, but they neglected to add the 60 totes we specifically discussed on the original call. We were quoted $2,000 less and told our items would be here in 3-4 days because they "happened to have a truck coming this way at that time". I scheduled a move from Baton Rouge LA to Houston TX three months in advance from US Household Moving and Storage. I was told that my move was a small move and would be no hassle at all. I was assured by several sales agents that their company was the best deal and that other big name companies would overcharge me for such a small move. I just moved from Ohio 5/31/19 to Myrtle Beach, SC 6/19/19 (Shipment arrived). This was absolutely the worst moving experience I have had in 50 years. This company promised the “Best Move Ever”. That was until they took my down payment. A week before the move Mike called to confirm my inventory. I had 5 items to remove and 8 to add. He would not remove anything but added the 8 items. Drew was our move coordinator from South FL to Raleigh N.C. He advised us to book a few weeks early which we did we paid $2090 for our one bedroom to be moved. Customer service did call us a week before our move to confirm our dates. Movers arrived. On the day requested. 2 young men Ronnie and Johnathan they were hard workers and secured our belongings and loaded in a timely manner. Our belongings arrived in Raleigh within the delivery window given. All in All a easy transition From Drew to customer service to Ronnie and Johnathan I would definetly recommend.

This company is a joke. *don't waste your time or money*They bait and switch. This company tells you one price and that they will be there all along the way. They tell you you can change things as you need to. The major lie is that when you give your deposit it is to secure your place on the truck. They have no truck. They can't tell you who's picking up your stuff until 24-48 hrs. They also don't tell you that if you change anything you have to put down an additional deposit at 10 -20% estimated overage. I took a third of the things on my invoice and added 15 boxes and my original estimate went

I personally have nothing but good things to say about US Household Moving and Storage out of Fort Lauderdale Florida. They completed my move last month and I am very happy with the results. They're receptive to all of my requests and nothing has been damaged but actually it was packed very neatly and securely and all my belongings are safe. We looked long and hard for the right movers and I'm happy that we made the correct choice.

Expert movers that make sure we get the job done right. We never moved before so their guidance and support was very helpful. They coordinated the whole move and make sure our things are I've done time. I would not put my trust into another mover anymore after my great experience with US household Moving and Storage. For me, they have been a blessing and I will use them again with no issues.

The reviews of this moving broker seems more realistic in BBB’s website (the Better Business Bureau) than Google Reviews.
We had an intensely exasperating experience with this moving broker. The salesperson provided me with a very nice offer of (i) white-glove moving service, (ii) timely delivery (he said 3 days to a week, typically from South Virginia to central Texas, because a truck is heading there on that date, etc.), and (iii) a verification of quoted price from the broker 3-5 days prior to the moving date. My experience with this company has been very up and down, and ultimately, very bad.
After extensive research, many quotes later, I decided to work with US Household Moving & Storage for my move from Oregon to New Mexico. It was the cheapest option and I was happy to get a AAA discount. The person I initially worked with was named Brian and he was very helpful at first.
It wasn’t until I needed anything more than the original phone call that I began to notice a lack of customer service. Brian gave me his direct number but never answered it, took 3 days to call me back, and even then I was reminding
