DO NOT USE. They are overpriced, unprofessional and unreliable. They do not treat your belongings with any care at all. When you call them and complain, Eyal gets condescending and unprofessional. My plastic totes arrived mangled, along with my desk, bed frame, and file cabinet. Brought a day laborer to unload, he broke the filing cabinet wheel and tried to hide it. Not what I paid $6400.00 for.

Forward Van Lines exceeded my expectations! It was a small move from North Miami to Fort Lauderdale for my son. He was moving from a 1 to a 2 bedroom apartment so it wasn’t a huge move, but everything was first rate. Every promise was met and they even came in under their time estimate and refunded me around 10%!
Bryan took my info and quickly and efficiently provided me an estimate that was very reasonable. He took my deposit and set the date and time immediately. The movers arrived on time and were fast, cautious, organized, and professional. Dareus, Demetrius, and Tony provided a quick overview

Guy said he was owner, quoted me 1400 on high side then I had most of stuff removed and he said he would deduct it. Then they picked up my stuff and refused to unload it unless I paid them 1700, I called the guy who came originally and turns out he was just a salesman. Was 800 to 1100$ max.. just very low people, they will be on American greed one day for sure, would recommend them to someone I really didn’t like

These guys were wonderful! They helped us out in a pinch when another moving company backed out on us. They worked hard, fast, and took care of all of our furniture. We had to move some stuff to an apartment and the rest to a storage unit. They pulled it off without a hitch. I am definitely hiring them again when we move again.

Forward Van Lines moved my daughter from a third floor apartment in West Palm to a second floor apartment in Pompano Beach. The guys were all courteous, polite, efficient and professional. I have dealt with many moving companies over the years and these guys were great. They worked non-stop in 95 degree weather while wearing masks due to Covid-19. I will definitely use them again!

The team showed up on time, they were polite, professional and courteous. I couldn't believe how fast they were. I had a few items I wasn't able to pack or know how to pack and they were so kind to say "Don't worry, we will take care of it." I asked if there was anything I needed to be doing to help and their answer "Nothing you need to do. You can just relax." Wow! They made moving to my fourth floor walk up such a breeze. I highly suggest them to everyone.

Run from this company. The worst experience with movers I have ever had and I have had many moves. They broke many pieces of my furniture, lied about it, lost and found a dresser that arrived terribly damaged. So many of pieces were ruined I should have just donated it all instead of paying to move.

Dealing with forwards was easy, and smooth. You hear all the horrible stories about moving companies, it freaks you out. These guys showed up on time packed my whole house, were Courteous and professional. They stored my belongings for over two months and when I was ready for the delivery, Scheduling was a breeze. They showed up on time unpacked everything, placed everything where requested and were on there way. I would definitely recommend, or use again if I move!!!

Unfortunately, Forward Van Lines promised a climate controlled environment for my fairly new household items and delivered a heavily climate stained mattress to my new location. Putting a mattress in a plastic bag does not constitute climate control in south Florida, maybe Arizona. They refused to compensate in any way. All pillows, sheets, and bedding are all missing.
