Its December 23 2021, your hot water goes out. I got a hold of 1 company they came out but couldn't fix it. Called Port Orchard plumbing they came out & evaluated the problem. The mother board of our water heater was fried. The technician said they could put a new water heater in. He came back at 9:30 pm and delivered a new water heater and installed it very quickly. I want to thank technician Greg Lowe for his professionalism, kindness, and working into the night to make sure that we had hot water. I recommend this company as they were willing to go the extra mile to make sure a family was taken

Quick response to appointment request. Within 3 hours of phone call, garbage disposal and pipe were unclogged. Awesome job by Greg Lowe. He was professional, explained issue with garbage disposal and drain, cleaned up after job complete. Gave me tips to maintain garbage disposal to prevent clogs. Highly recommend Port Orchard Plumbing.

We've had them out a few times now for different issues at our house ranging from a clogged sink to a leak we couldn't find the cause of, so I figured it was time to drop a review. They've always been knowledgeable and polite and most of all, they clean up after themselves as if they were never there!

I came into contact with Port Orchard Plumbing due to a leak under my sink.
The two gentlemen who dispatched out to site took 1 look under the sink and knew exactly where the issue was.
They had all the tools readily available in their truck to fix the issue.
They were here for about 1 hour and completely fixed my nasty leak.

DO NOT USE PORT ORCHARD PLUMBING!!! THEY ARE AWFUL! If I could give these people less than one star I would!!! We had them come out to our house for an estimate for a leaking hot water valve. The two guys that showed up were clueless. They could even figure out how to take the knob off??!!! They were twisting and reaming it and finally one of them figured out it needed an alan wrench. Geez. Then they messed with it so much they made it worse; water was spraying out like a geyser!! Well that should have been my first clue. Ugh. Stupid me, scheduled them to come out to fix it. In mid-2019, I moved into a home built in 2004. After several months of dealing with two toilets that would clog at the drop of a hat (and only flushing bodily waste and toilet paper), I called POP. The office personnel were great - they were very polite and listened to me ramble trying to explain what was happening. They sent out a crew in record time, who observed all social distancing precautions, and wore masks and gloves. It turned out both toilets were pre-2004, and one had a 1/2" vs. 3/4" water line leading to it. Because of their age, neither toilet had any oomph behind the flush

These people came out and replaced a $10.00 supply faucet under the sink, charged $265.00 for less than a half hour, took advantage of an inexperienced house wife.
Then I called the office to ask why cost of the repair was exorbitant, she began by comparing thier prices to a Dr. Fees, I said well it's poor you took advantage of her she said well is there anything else I can help you with?
I said no and hung up on her!
I could have gotten on an airplane, flown to Washington bought a faucet and repaired it for less than what they charged for the " repair".
Stay away from this company

I had them come to fix my toilet. The plumber quoted me a price and I accepted. Said they couldn't give me a bill then because they had no invoices with them. When the bill came it was half again what they quoted me. Now their office is calling me a liar and a cheat. I sent them payment for the amount I was quoted.

BEWARE! I usually do not take the time to write reviews, but this company's customer service and workmanship deserves a bad review!! 1st - Really poor quality of work performed, causing me to fix what they did- because they refused too. 2nd -when I called to mention this to the company- they were very rude, defensive, and actually hostile over the phone- worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I am really disappointed in this small town company and advise others to look elsewhere!!

We called Port Orchard Plumbing to do a propane line installation on new construction. We needed a gas line run from a propane tank with 3 stub outs for a furnace, water heater and range. The entire run from tank to the last appliance was 19 feet, in a straight line. The gentleman who quoted us asked us if we wanted cast iron or CSST (flexible) line, and we told him that we preferred to run CSST under the floor joists. No problem - we set an install date and waited.
Installation day arrived, and a different plumber arrived, and he was totally
