Garrett and Wes were prompt, clean, very pleasant, and the company had good responsiveness and availability.
It seemed fairly expensive for the amount of work done, but perhaps I just haven't hired a plumber in a while.
But now my tub works again, which is very nice.

During the Seattle freeze, one of our outdoor pipes froze and snapped. I called Bee’s. The scheduler was friendly, empathetic, and professional. Our technician Julio arrived with his apprentice George during the scheduled window. They demonstrated competence and professionalism. I was particularly impressed when Julio adjusted our bill, lowering his initial estimate, since the job ended up being easier than he had anticipated. I will definitely be using them again and will strongly recommend their services.

My experience with Bee was excellent from my first call. I had a significant leak on a holiday weekend during a snowstorm and they made it to me the day after I called! The plumber, Julio, and his apprentice were so kind and explained everything thoroughly. The repair was done in much less time than anticipated. Not only were they skilled plumbers, but genuinely nice people. I’ll definitely call Bee again for future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them.

We lived in our home for 18 years. As long as we have lived here, there has been a subtle odor. The last eight months it had become quite strong, and coming from the bedroom bathroom. I came home after a two vacation to a noisy toilet and called Bee's after reading online reviews. I spoke with Derek on Friday who committed to an early Saturday appointment. PJ arrived at 8 o'clock the next morning, masked and dressed for the job. He detailed our options verbally and generated bills. We made our decision and the job was completed in short time. Despite the fact that Bee's is a new company, a concern, PJ brings 14 years of plumbing experience to the job. I would absolutely contact Bee's Plmbing again.

I called Bee’s based on online reviews and compared with another larger company. I decided to go with Bee’s. Zach was my first point of contact. He was patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions, even when I called back the second time with more questions. We are remodeling our basement bathroom and converting it from a half bath to a 3/4 bath. Julio and Carlos were able to cut through the concrete to create a shower drain, installed all new water connections, and installed new vents ALL in less than 2 days. They were incredibly polite, conscientious, efficient and skilled. In addition to their excellent plumbing work, they left the work area clean, wore masks and were respectful of our home. We already plan to schedule them back for trimming out the hardware once we're ready for that stage. We would HIGHLY recommend Julio and Carlos to anyone looking

I can't recommend Bee's Plumbing & Heating enough. I've worked with three other plumbing companies in the area and Bee's was the most affordable and they were the only ones to get the job done. Every interaction I had with their staff was phenomenal, and Tate, our technician, was on time, courteous, and so patient when I asked (probably too many) questions. As a new homeowner, it's so nice to know there's such a reliable and friendly company just a call away.
