We hired these guys to fix some plumbing issues. The customer service was exceptional. They arrived on time and went above and beyond to complete the job in much less time than was expected…and for much less than other companies had quoted for the job. Employees were very professional, they cleaned up nicely and we haven’t had any issues since. Very pleased with their service! I would definitely recommend them! 10/10

I will never recommend this company. They are useless. American Home Shield sent them for repairs. They told me we needed guts in toilet. And faucet replaced on sink. They told American Home Shield that we needed all new plumbing lines. WTH!? Then they called my brother and gave him some made up B.S. storyline. Consumer beware!

Like many others I was sent prime plumbing from my AHS warranty. They sent someone out on Tuesday to assess what I needed. I was also quoted $550 for code upgrades to the gas line, the T and P pipe and the expansion tank. On Friday the installers came to put in my gas water heater in my crawlspace. I was told by them that they could not perform the job. Gas water heaters in a crawlspace are no longer to code and I would have to have electricity run. They could not however refer me to an electrician. I found an electrician to perform the service and it was finished by 6 PM on Friday. I had been

I do not recommend this company. My home warranty company dispatched Prime to my property. Upon inspection, the service technician informed me that I had a soft tissue clog that caused significant damage. However, he communicated something entirely different to the warranty company which has caused the warranty company to deny the claim. But get this, I requested a copy of the plumber's report for my insurance company on the company letterhead...the report notes EXACTLY what the technician stated to me! So now the warranty company is trying to figure out why Prime is communicating different versions

Warranty company sent them out to repair/replace our water heater. The tech was here less than 5 minutes and did nothing except tell us that we would need to pay at least $500 in unwarranted work. They were to send over a breakdown of the work which never arrived. 5 days with no hot water and we called someone else who performed the work quickly and professionally. They reported to the warranty company that the work was complete, according to the warranty company.
