If you need assistance with a town house hot water heater call Evan on the phone (206) 793-8303. Many townhouses have been built in the Seattle area that have combination hot water and heating systems installed. Traditionally, a hot water boiler was used to heat the radiators throughout the house. Both the boiler and the radiators were heavy cast iron.
We charge a $49.95 per quarter hour for residential plumbing service and repair work in our neighborhood. No travel charge, no "show up fees", no "fuel charges", no minimum, no extra charges of any kind. We are a family owned shop and all our plumbers and heat technicians are very good at doing their job.
We are one of the few companies in Seattle that diagnose and repair tankless water heaters. While tankless water heaters are great for heating water faster a tankless water heaterand more efficiently than tank water heaters, they do require regular maintenance to continue to run consistently. There are some common problems that come with owning and maintaining a tankless water heater.

Wow!! Great experience!!! We called about hot water issue and based on the company expertise - we were restored hot water with a valve replacement within 24 hours of calling!

We had a great experience with Evan Conklin's company!! Super knowledgable, really nice people, and lots of integrity in terms of their work and operation. Norm installed a whole house water filter for us and there were some issues (with the filter itself, not with their work) - but they were super responsive to all of my questions and even came back to my house to help out (and didn't charge me extra for the second trip!) Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Very knowledgeable however their price for tightening 2 urinal bolts and installing a metal p-trap under a sink was $550 after taxes. I've used them in the past but I'm going to have to find a new preferred vendor after this latest experience. They charge $250/hour labor. I don't think plumbers are worth TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS AND HOUR? Maybe a lawyer or a doctor?

Evan Conklin Plumbing and Heating is THE company to call for any type of hot water situation. I worked there as an apprentice about 4 years ago, and can attest to the integrity of the owner. Since then, I have started my own plumbing business, and have referred them for boiler repairs. Their man, Anthony, is a walking encyclopedia of boiler knowledge, and Evan knows everything there is to know about plumbing, heating, and nuclear reactors. I highly recommend them for plumbing and heating work.
