Paul and Dakota were consummate professionals who easily took apart and replaced my ailing garbage disposal. I'm sure I could have done it but when it comes to anything water related I'll leave that to the professionals. Appreciate their expertise and willingness to travel to our home during the snow. Would recommend 100%.

We had gurgling in our bathroom sink and a toilet that backed up when flushing. Because we had this about 5 years ago and had to get a plumber then we knew we needed a plumbe again. It was Dec. 22nd and most places had a wait time of several weeks. We called this company because of good reviews on line. They advertise same day service and sure enough, we called about 11:00 and they came by 2:00 and took care of it. Paul was the person that came. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. During this time, it's hard enough to get any vendors to respond to quote requests, let alone show up at all to complete the repairs. The Plumbing Joint is exception. They immediately got back to us and told us the cost to service our Water Heater up front. Paul was not only on time, but finished faster than the estimated time!
I can't ask for a better experience, and will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future.

Reliable, courteous, attentive and expensive. Kitchen faucet turned out to be broken and (replacement faucet with them would've been $350 for the faucet alone. Similar faucet at HD $100-150. So I asked the tech to tape it up for me. He did so kindly.
I had a bathroom sink stopper broken, and stuck. The rusted stopper was removed.
A second bathroom sink was replaced with a new faucet that I had already purchased at a big box store.
So, 1 bathroom sink stopper removed + one kitchen sink taped up + 1 bathroom faucet replaced= $655.45 plus $66.20 tax ($721.65 total)

I worked for this company so I understand if this is deleted, but I wanted to just briefly touch on a few of the finer points of this already finally tuned machine. Service to the customers in the community is impeccable they really do stand out above the other companies I've worked for a ton of plumbing companies. Their immense speed. They have all the parts in the truck if not they'll go and get them but that's a highly unlikely situation as they have a parts division in this company that delivers parts and stocks their trucks on a daily basis. As I saw some other things done differently

We were offered fast, same-day service when I called The Plumbing Joint, worried about a leak after seeing a sudden spike on our water bill. Our plumber was very courteous, friendly and knowledgable, even giving us tips on where, and how, to check the usual culprits for small leaks ourselves. We'll definitely be using them again when any plumbing issues arise!

Paul was great! He was both professional and personable. We reviewed what needed to be accomplished and after explaining what he needed to do he went right to work. He pointed out that two valves that had been leaking did not need to be replaced but just adjusted saving me money.

This past weekend I've contacted three different plumbing companies, and The wonderful people at The Plumbing Joint we're the first to reach out to me, so naturally I went with the. They gave me an estimate for damages I thought I was looking at which sounded very reasonable.
On the day of my appointment, I called dispatch to update them on my situation. They sent us Joe & Dakota who are two of the best plumbers I've met in the trade. They greeted me with masks on with a very professional manner.

Highly recommend. Have used them twice in the last month - once for a major commercial repair at our building and another time for a fix in my unit. Both times they respond ot quickly and were able to come out with short notice. Very professional and efficient. No surprises and well explained.

We are so grateful to have found them. When we had an unlocated leak, we had trouble even finding someone to come check it out. Some people told us they could be here in 2 or 3 weeks. Some didn't return phone calls. One had an inquiry form on their website...and took 3 or 4 days to write back and say they don't service our area. Of course, I'd read on Yelp about some other plumbing companies that gouge people, so we didn't bother with them.

Super-fast response time, and immediate attention paid to my problem. I had a plumber out the same day I called, and had the leak fixed in less than 45 minutes.
Also, outstanding customer service when I called thanks to a friendly and knowledgeable staff member.
