Doing business with the IRS is better than this clown-show. they sold me a truck, i paid cash outright, they made a mistake on paperwork told me to come back and pay more; put locking lug nuts on truck but didn't give me lug key; they made fraudulent advertisements for the vehicle I purchased regarding vehicle options; and in my opinion, doing business in bad faith and not knowing contract law.

Bought a Truck from lunas. Vehicle had many issues. Bad cv axle that ended up breaking on me, four wheel drive actuator bad, pcm needed to be reset from the dealer, one window doesn’t work anymore, had to have the rear drums replaced. Their shotty shop only did the shoes. The parking mirrors didnt work, amd tje truck has a lot of bondo. Was in an accident amd wasn’t reported. Have the vehicle you’re looking t thoroughly inspected before signing anything

I traveled from Richmond to purchase the 2003 Not a Montero. I was told by the Owner to be there by 3pm & at 2:30pm he allowed a test drive to another person. I pulled up at 20 mins to 3pm and the Owner said to late don't bother going in the car is being SOLD. No loyalty to a customer. I even offered to leave a deposit the night before n he told me it was not necessary. Then he wonders why his business is doing poorly.

Would NOT recommend this place for used vehicles. I bought a truck, which the guy selling verbally guaranteed it for a year with no problems. When we had signed they said they could only guarentee 30 days. Within the 30 days i was taking the truck in weekly to get fixed and when I asked for them to change it to another they said they could not. When we took it in we specifically said it's the transmission, they said it wasn't. After the second the transmission went out and they said they could no longer fix it.

Love this place.
I purchased a Lexus GX 470 a couple of weeks ago. Of course the sale was no guarantee an the used vehicle. I looked over many vehicles and made a choice of the vehicle I wanted. I used my Dodge Durango as a trade in plus paid some cash for a down payment. I have to say everyone in the office and outside sales were personable and understanding as to what I wanted and had to have in a vehicle. It was a very warm day in Santa Rosa and and the Salesman I was working with asked me if I would like a bottle of cold water. Of course my response was yes. No pressure on what vehicle

Nightmare of an experience at this establishment. Repoed our car when we had made our payment not even 30 days prior. We had only $300 left to pay on our Audi, had spoken to the manager late March & agreed verbally that it would be paid off in full mid April. Woke up April 16th & the car was gone. Had to pay $500 to get it out of the repo lot. Absolutely ridiculous. No phone call, no notice, nothing. And to repo a car with $300 left on it? Clearly the goal was to resell the car to turn double profit on it. In addition after we went in and paid the car to get the pink slip, they tried to

Worst experience ever, bought a 04 mini cooper. 20 minutes on my way home the transmission locks up. I take it into a specialist they tell me it needs a new transmission. So I take the car back they have it checked out and tell me it needs a new transmission and it's going to cost 750 plus for the work. The service paper work in the glove box says the transmission is failing. Now I'm paying for a broken vehicle.. they were not helpful at all. Rude about it..

This is my first yelp review while ive had bad experiences before none were ever bad enough to cause me to write a bad review. So i went to lunas and bought a 2001 nissan exterra and traded in a 2002 pt cruiser and everything seemed good till i got a letter from dmv saying to renew my registration on the pt cruiser no biggie call i call lunas they say they will take care of it, cool. Well couple months go by and i get letter in the mail, $275 parking citation the pt cruiser was abandoned in Novato, ca.
