The Service Department is great! Towed my Ram 5500 in for service. Renaud my Service Advisor called me the same day with a report on what was wrong. Renaud was courteous, knowledgeable, optimistic polite and very professional from beginning to end. He even told me he was making me a priority since I was from out of town. Always smiling and very pleasant to work with. I had to spend a little more than I wanted for repairs but that’s usually how it goes at the dealer, Renaud made it all worth it because of his excellent customer service. Thanks guys!

The service department is one of the best around. The only thing I feel needs improvement is making the time frame to get services done @ the same time better. We were trying to get oil change & fuel injectors changed @ the same time, while we waited for it as we don't live near by. Over the phone was told about 4 hrs to get the job done. Made appointment for 1030am. Got there and then was informed it would be more like 6 or 8 hrs. Said they would do oil change then after that the other technician would start on injectors. Oil tech. usually took about 1-1/2 hrs and then the other one usually takes

Great Service Department. Dave, their Service Manager, kept us updated with information as they communicated with Jeep Engineering concerning errors and issues while towing our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L behind our motorhome. Although we're 3,000 miles from our home in North Carolina, it's comforting to know our car is in the hands of folks that take pride in their customer service and are ready and willing to go the extra mile to get us taken care of while the engineers are trying to solve the errors. Kudos to Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep and a big thank you to Dave Crawford, the Service Manager

I'd give a -5 stars if I could!! This place is dishonest, rude, and will lie and cheat you. Both my sister and I are filing charges against them. It took a year for them to get the title to my new state of residence, so I could register my car. 11 1/2 months I couldn't drive my car legally because they didn't have the title to give to my lien holder, because why.....they never titled or registered it in their name. it was still in previous owners name in Arizona. And I paid registration and plates fees of around $300 and they refuse to give it back. They ripped my sister off for about $10,000 in

Talk about being treated like royalty and it was for a repair on a recalled catalytic converter that was replaced. I paid nothing and was treated very nicely. When I buy my next new car soon, I will only return to Lithia for my new purchase. You impressed me Lithia!!! Thank you for the quick service as well. You estimated 3 hours which actually became 1 hour and 10 minutes. Yippee!!! Thanks again!
