There are so many places to choose from these days for duct work cleaning (heating and cooling needs). One thing I found when searching, is the numerous “other possible additional fee’s” that are spoken of for additional vents, sanitizing, and patchwork. They had none of that.
I was beyond impressed with their transparency in pricing and the myriad of items/services provided that were all disclosed in the original quote.

Everyone at Shanklin was absolutely wonderful! Our furnace broke and we were without heat....they came out the same day and expedited the part we needed. They rearranged their schedule to install it as soon as it came in and we couldn't be more thankful! The process was easy and the cost very reasonable! I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!!

I have always had a positive experience with Shanklin Heating and Cooling. I have been a customer with them now for the past 4 years. The office staff is wonderful as well as the technicians. My most recent experience was with John, their technician. John was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and even pointed out some things to me that I wasn't aware about with my furnace. It was a great pleasure interacting with John. He definitely is an asset that makes the company even better to work with.

I think that the estimate for duct cleaning was priced to high and that cleaning the furnace return and blower should be included NOT separate charge for another technician to come after to charge more money to do the job that should be included in all duct cleaning. Sounds like a scam to make more money from people who don't know any better. Found someone who does everything at once less cost more service with same cleaning and no extra costs for chemical cleaners. All included lower costs. Seems like getting taxed an taxed again 🤔 🙄 😕 😒

Once again we experienced EXCELLENT service from Shanklin! We had an issue with our new hot water heater and customer service got someone dispatched right away. George was so professional and took care of our problem within a half hour! We highly recommend Shanklin for all of your Heating and AC needs!
