They scheduled an appointment and never called or showed up. After speaking with the tech explaining I had a newborn and a cat I didn’t want chemicals everywhere, he sprayed the entire house when I’ve never had them spray inside before! It’s always been exterior.. then he loads my kitchen sink with ant poison where I give my baby a bath! He never… asked my wife prior to placing the poison and to be clear I was very clear on the phone, I didn’t want poisons everywhere! They have had some changes internally that has negatively affected their business! If you have children

Gamble came to my house for the inspection and estimate. Lindsey from the office called me back the same day to set up appt. which was suppose to be today. And now they didnt show (after I waited for 2 hours)Even a courtesy call would have been appreciated. Not a a good way to run a “professional” business. I will be calling another company to the job that is dependable and honest.

One of the worst services I ever had. They came into our home days before tenting without permission and with no notification. Also if we would not of been home the day of tenting they would of tented wrong home. Lucky for us we seen the same company tenting another home and approached them only to find out they thought it was our place. Big D-

Highly Recommend :) I have had a wonderful experience - specifically with Taylor, who has always been so kind and patient with all my questions and critter concerns. Thank you for the peace of mind that I’m getting quality service at an affordable price. Also, Taylor remembers my dogs names and greets them individually when he enters my home ... which sealed the deal for me (lol!) - thanks guys!
