Does not deserve a star, I hired McKenzie to take care of my lawn and they did an awful job. Every time I called them with my concerns they had excuses about why my lawn was not having good results. One time was my tractor tires, other time was, I was cutting my lawn to low, other times they will pick from one side of the grass to tell me it looked healthy. Well I had to hire another company and they told me it was chinch bugs what I had in my lawn. Worst experience ever , no communication poor service and the manager Scott thinks that I should pay him every time they come to my house? Well the reason I didn't pay these guys right away because every time they come and spray in and out I never get a courtesy call and all I get is I'm sorry we missed you and we only did the outside and charges me full amount of $95 ? Seriously!!!
