Terrible experience with the inspection. He was unprofessional and did not do what was asked. I am not sure who's fault it was, whether it was miscommunication in the office to him or what but to get what I actually needed I would have had to make another appointment. No time for that. I won't use them for anything.

Very impressed! Haven’t had any issues thus far.
As for people complaining about soliciting, that has nothing to do with there work being performed. Rating a business 1 Star for unknown soliciting or marketing is ignorant. Call the company direct for issues like everyone else. Especially if your NOT even a customer.

I became suspicious about having termites and I immediately called Cloud Pest Control, because I had heard great things about their fast, professional service from my neighbors who had used them for a termite problem earlier in the year.
Their receptionist was v efficient and had an agent out to assess our problem straight away. They serviced our home the following week while we had planned to be out of town and I was v impressed with their timeliness, courteous staff and friendly team members.
Their pricing is v good value and I love that they are a family owned
