I call them to see did my credit check go through and to get a downpayment, and I guess the Stephen guy was telling me how much I want to put down and I told him I had the amount, and wanted to know if the car available in my price ranges and wanted to know any option and he rudely hung up phone while I was talking, very unprofessional and poor business, and didn’t even try to reach out and give me updates and I was willing to pay just terrible business!!

I highly recommend this place!! Stephen was PHENOMENAL !!!! He worked with a price for the car I’ve been wanting for years! My daughter bought a car from here. The car put her down within a week. They did tow the car but it's been two weeks now and she hasn't gotten any feedback on what the problem is or when it will be fixed. All the while she's still making payments on the vehicle. I call this a true injustice. They didn't even offer her a car to drive until her vehicle get fixed. This is poor business and customer service.

One stop auto auto made our car buying experience awesome. Some dealers make the process long and drawn out to be a all day process. We were in and out in no time. We showed up right at closing time and wanted to test drive a car. They stayed over for us to drive and buy our daughter her first car. Recommend to anybody looking for a good dependable car or truck at great prices to give them a chance to earn your business. You won't be disappointed.

Highly disappointed . After communicating with The salesman via Facebook marketplace I expressed great interest in buying a particular vehicle . I was told to come on down and that he would be ready for me. With constant communication I had all the money I needed and checked in every half hour as I was an hour and some change away... when I arrived I seen the truck and immediately was ready to purchase. I then met with the salesman and the first and only thing he said to me was do I have cash or am I going thru my bank. After I told him.... he remained bothered like I was forcing him to stay out
