Alex at Nissan helped us so much yesterday. He did our best to get us what we needed and he was very friendly and professional. The first time I shopped at Five Star Nissan they offered rebates, but this recent time they didn't offer any rebates they just wanted my money. I purchased my last 3 vehicles at Five Star Warner Robbins. I will not be going back. The Salesman Stephen Rump was excellent, but the financial department dropped the ball. I'm very disappointed. When I emailed the General Manager he was very helpful in resolving my issues. I will come back because of Mr. Calhoun.

The Five Star Nissan in Warner Robins was welcoming, polite, and listened to really hear what we wanted. They understood our plan, our goals for our family regarding a car, and did what they needed to in order for it to happen. They made us feel as though our opinion was top priority. I had a great experience at Five Star Nissan Warner Robins. It started from the very welcoming environment and ended with me leaving with a great car. Alex our sales representative was amazing. He was friendly, helpful and very supportive. Even after leaving the dealership he still contacted us to see if we had any questions or concerns about our vehicle and left an open invitation for us to call or come in if we had questions about the features our car. All in all it was not what I thought buying from a dealership would be like. I am pleasantly surprised and firmly placing my fears of car dealerships

BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They did the 'bait and switch' on me. The website had a $13,500 base price for the car I wanted and they emailed me a quote with the same base price of $13,500. I went in the next morning to buy it and they told me the base price was now $15,000! They raised the price of the car because they knew I was coming to buy it! Totally fraudulent pricing practices. Don't trust them. They also try to add on $595 for PermaPlate ABOVE the quoted price. What is PermaPlate?! I have no idea what that is, but I didn't request it.

Well here I sit, titan 2018 truck, what looks like a fluid leak at timing belt cover, still under warranty, booked an appointment online, no loaners available, they cant even diagnose it until this afternoon some time, my appointment was for 10am. Why would they let me book a 10am appointment when they can't fix it, when they cant give me a loaner, or even diagnose it? I'll update this later today. I've never had this happen at other Nissan dealerships. I've always booked appointments online. Do I need to go to Macon or Atlanta. I will say they offered me a courtesy ride home

Bought my first truck from here and really believe I was given a fair deal. Lots of truck for the money. I never felt taken advantage of and received a fair price for my trade-in. Negotiations from the sticker price weren't easy, but still fair. Elijah Shamar was a great help!

Saw a truck online for a goid price but had issues and we negotiated with the salesman. The sales manager with his flashy bigshit watch wanted to squeeze every penny from my son. I understand you have to make money but just because you see them with good credit doesn't mean we want to pay more that what is offered. All the sales manager did was dismiss us because of $500 difference. Jeez... If this is how you treat customers then I'm not surprised with the bad reviews you get here. Please people pass and find another dealership like the ones in macon that will actually work with you.

Service was mediocre and lasted 1 hour longer than ETA told by service representative. It appeared that on the phone service representative told me anything to get me to bring my car. Service manager presented me with options for services needed soon and offered discounts which I agreed to based on discount he was providing. Once service was completed I was charged full price and the manager was gone and no one was able to get in touch with him. Customer service representative told me I had to contact the manager on Monday. I was even texted that the manager would give me a call which never occurred

Just called in to get a price quote for a tune-up. The girl I spoke to told me $595.00...Ludacris!!! Called around to other car dealearships and was quoted three rates from three different dealership ALL under $200.00. This place is a JOKE...literally!!!

I purchased a Nissan maxima a little over 2 years ago from this dealership. My car broke down on my home from vacation in this area so stayed at a hotel while this dealership looked at my car. Came in to do a trade since mechanic gave me a 4k price to fix. Sales person was very nice but manager was horrible!!! So rude and pushy. And didn't not know what he was doing. He kept pushing this car on me and to trade in mine, and he gave me a different price to fix my old car(cheaper) then the mechanic did. when he said tht I said I rather then just fix my car instead and then he said , never

I tried to purchase a new truck that Five Star had listed at a very good price. I was told the next day by the sales lady (Stacy Campbell) that the truck had sold, but they could show me some 2018 models.. I went back on the website to find the same truck with the same VIN # relisted, but at a much higher price.
I am still going to purchase a Nissan Frontier, just not from these shady people. Very Disappointed. Complete waste of my time.

Great place to stop if your looking to purchase a new one used vehicle. I was there competing vehicles and prices and had the opportunity to meet with Thomas. Literally spent all day Saturday with My 1 year old son and my husband at the Five Star Nissan of warner Robbins dealership and left without a new car despite walking in with a check to purchase the same day.

I Totally don't appreciate the sales people dismissing the true car I showed them on my phone when I showed it to him at the beginning of our conversation for the car we wanted. Turns out that they only magically accept the true car certificate when we went through the USAA a few hours later. Went to get a price on a pre-owned car. The salesman was knowledgeable and polite. I asked for a car between 6-8K. He showed me one and we test drove it but he didn't tell me it was 9.2K. We negotiated on the price a bit but still couldn't get to my price range. A manager named Don came in and was fairly aggressive on negotiating. We decided to leave and he asked what he could do to sell the car today. I said excuse the price and he said he couldn't. The manager then proceeded to yell at us and ask why we were even there. It was very rude and unprofessional.

We worked with Mr. Jodie E. He was great! Friendly and helpful, not pushy. He worked for US to help get the price we wanted and a few things fixed on the SUV we purchased. 1st time I felt like a sales person really cared about his customer. This is the 8th car we purchased and by far the best experience we've had.

I purchased a brand new Nissan Versa from this dealership last month. While my salesman was kind and helpful, the guy above him (don't know his name) was rude and pretty much laughed in my face after seeing my credit score. Made me feel inhuman, honestly. But that's not was is prompting me to write this review. Not even a month after buying the car, my tire goes flat. Here I am, thinking this will be covered, as it's a BRAND NEW VEHICLE. Went to the service department for a quick recall repair. They told me it'd be done within 20 min so I agreed to have it done bc I had to get to work. 30 min later, service advisor comes to tell me I need an alignment and I say I'll deal with it later. 50 min later, I'm told I need new front brake pads and drive belt is about to break off at any point. I insist that I've got to go and will look into it. Hearing negative things about the dealership, I took the car to a reputable shop for a second opinion. They come out and say front brakes are still good but I need rear brake

Bought a truck on 9/25, today is 10/13 and my trade still hasn't been paid off. Left two messages with the dealer and no call back yet. Emailed them as well with no response. Second Five Star buying experience and should have remembered the lesson I learned the first time. I Recommend any other dealer, they have to be better.
