I found a car I wanted to look at on CarGurus. I inquired about it, got contacted quickly, and set up an appointment to see the vehicle. I was spoke to in the sense that it was fine and it was at the dealership. I drove an hour and 45 minutes just for this car. I ensured it was there and there was no issues with the vehicle, no accidents, and was reassured it was fine, -and it was “here at the dealer”. I get there only to find out the vehicle had been set to be sent to auction related to a transmission issue, and was directed to other vehicles more expensive than my budget that I was approved

I recently purchased a new car not from this dealership but one in north ga. I live in the middle ga area so I needed my car serviced. They tried to tell me my brakes needed flushing. So I decided I'd take my car friend who has a break and muffler shop and they looked at everything told me my brake fluid looks just like it does coming out the jug. They even rotated my tires for free !!!!Now thanks to your dishonesty in the service department I am inconvenienced with having to find another place to get my car maintenanced.

Disappointing experience with Used Car Sales. First off, they do not do any telephone deals. So in order to talk any numbers you have to be there in person. We found a car that we were interested in, and thus took the drive from Atlanta in hopes of purchasing the car. However when it came to making a deal, we were surprised with the markup with fees that were added on that were not disclosed on their website. There was $1700+ in "dealer options", which were actually factory options that they were claiming they added. It was almost insulting when you research a car, and the dealer
