I purchased a Forrester from Annapolis Subaru back in March. I had an amazing experience buying from them despite the fact that I'm in DC. Helen and the team there made the experience as painless as possible. Today I had another amazing experience with the service team. After attempting to get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube, they stripped my drain plug. The problem is that the vehicles radio will not hold my phone Info which causes the inability to use the phone/bluetooth feature. Several times a week I have to reconnect the phone/contacts. Took the car in to the dealership 8 times. They have installed a new radio. No change in performance. Dealership first said they've never heard of such a problem. Then they said Subaru is aware of the issue and are working on a patch. I asked if I would be notified when then patch was available and was told no, I would have to keep calling the dealership and asking for updates. I asked if the dealership was

My car was recently t-boned and declared a total loss. As such, I was in a pinch to purchase a vehicle. Despite that, I was determined to find the best deal. Very disappointing experience. I bought a 2009 Subaru Forester from this dealership less than two years ago. It had a little less than 100k miles on it, appeared in very good shape, and was allegedly a one-owner car, who purchased the vehicle and had it maintained at Annapolis Subaru. Since I bought it, it has become a money sink, requiring a new battery, alternator, air conditioner, and rear wheel bearings; that maintenance was over $3500. About a month ago, the engine seized and it was not able to be repaired. Annapolis Subaru gave me an estimate of almost $8000 (the original price of the car

We had a great experience purchasing from Annapolis Subaru. Brianna was very helpful and answered all of our questions we had. She made the whole experience very stress free and enjoyable. Moving towards the final steps with Bob was also pleasant. We felt like everything was very transparent and informative while not being pressured into anything extra that we didn't want. I would definitely recommend Annapolis Subaru!

I had a fantastic experience at Annapolis Subaru! My old vehicle unexpectedly broke down and I was in a pinch for a new one. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but I knew I wanted to upgrade from my hatchback or another make. Andre was a wonderful salesman. I stated what I was willing to spend and we worked together to find the vehicle and trim that matched my needs. Bob, the business manager, was excellent, as well.
