Excellent customer service at Sheehy Infiniti dealership in Annapolis. My sunroof had been leaking into my car and I tried multiple fixes to no avail. the service consultant Paul recognized the issue and provided clear explanations of what they would do to fix it. They kept my car a few days, called with status updates and the problem was fixed successfully. Very knowledgeable, friendly & professional service consultants at Sheehy in Annapolis

This was a Great quick experience. My Sales guy Dylan was fantastic. I was looking at a truck and even though he didn't know much about the model Ford I was looking at (since they are an Infinity Dealer) he made sure he worked quickly and got the answers. I came from almost 2hrs away and they made the deal happen and I left same day! Fantastic dealership.

S/O to Matt- first and foremost. Needed a squeeze in appointment due to an emergency service needed for my vehicle. Called three different dealers just to tell me no. And that one yes came from Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis - The Manager Matt! Very professional on the phone and in person. Drove into the garage and was greeted by Matt and his team, VIP feeling for sure. Start to finish.
